By accessing the website, creating an account, applying as a Consultant, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

TaxCaller acts as a technology facilitator and marketplace. We do not ourselves provide professional tax or legal advice unless explicitly stated.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law to use this Platform.
Professionals applying to join as Consultants must hold valid qualifications and licenses (CA, Advocate, etc.) as required by applicable laws and professional bodies.

All content, logos, designs, software, and materials on TaxCaller are the intellectual property of TaxCaller or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them without prior written permission.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using TaxCaller, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxCaller and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of your use of the Platform.
TaxCaller is not responsible for the professional advice, work quality, or conduct of any Consultant engaged through the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaxCaller, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
TaxCaller may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
